We believe this is paramount for not only the most effective analysis of spinal misalignments but also for patient safety.
THOMPSON
The Thompson 4-40 table is the Rolls Royce of chiropractic adjusting tables. It has a pneumatic cocking mechanism within it that allows us to perform drop piece adjustments with approximately 4 times the amount of force of a normal adjustment without any patient discomfort. (Thompson & Brady) It is also the only technique that allows pre and post adjustment evaluations to ensure that positive correction has occurred.
